Doge Palace in Venice in Lunny Light

Posted on December 19, 2022December 21, 2022

The artist is Aivazovsky

Since 1840, when Aivazovsky was still a young pensioner of the Academy of Arts for the first time in this city, Venice was his permanent and beloved "model", invariably romanticized. In the picture of 1878 to the same extent as the effects of complex lighting, the artist excites the openness and intensity of the public life of the city.
